Created from Shiraz, the Fleur bubbly Red follows in the footsteps of the sparkling white in being full of ripe fruit flavours and a lively palate that treads the line between sweet and dry, and in the process pleasing a very broad range of wine lovers’ palates. Lifted aromas of plums, blackberries and spice are followed by more of those ripe, spicy blackberries on the palate. Perfect enjoyed simply by itself, it will match up well with a huge range of foods; be they spicy, savoury or even sweet.
