Each round, players choose a president and a chancellor, who together enact laws from a random deck of cards

If the government enacts fascist laws, players must find out if they were betrayed or just unlucky

The fascists also have government powers that come into play as the game progresses

If the liberals cannot save the country from the brink of war, the fascists will use these powers to create chaos.
